 Ray earned her Actors' Equity Society card as she performed the role of Rusty as well as singing "Let's Hear It For the Boy" in the musical Footloose. She played the part of Nemo at Orlando's Disney World in Robert and Kristin López's Finding Nemo: The Musical. Ray played the character Olive Ostrovsky in the national tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She was part of the Broadway cast of Hair in its final season as Crissy, and sang the tune "Frank Mills". She made her on-screen debut as Chris in the popular youth-oriented video short film The Sparky Chronicles: The Map. In the television series Pretty Little Liars, Ray starred as CeCe, a "beyond charming blonde of 20 in a boutique that has one shoe at the moment and another in the past" between 2012 and 2017. Ray announced that he'd return to PLL and added, "It's so much fun to play and what an amazing role I'm able to play." She's a sociopath. I find her to be a bit strange because she's 22 and spends time with high schoolers. It's like, 'Hey, girl! Get a life! Ray was cast as Officer Edit Janko in Season 4 of CBS' police procedural drama Blue Bloods. This role was a part of Ray through the 12th season.
